About Origen

Origen Design Build is a general contractor working across greater Austin. Before Origen was a company, it was a track record. Our founder has taken several restaurants from empty shell to opening night — living every value-engineering call, every permit delay, and every "the wall isn't where the plans say" moment. That's the difference. We don't just pour concrete and hang drywall. We understand residential and hospitality budgets, the creativity required to protect a vision when reality shifts, and how to solve problems step by step without stopping the build.
