Written bid
A line-itemed scope with allowances, exclusions and a schedule. You can compare it to any other bid line for line.
Drawings and selections
Permit drawings where they are required, and a selections list with dates, so no order lands late and nothing stalls the crew.
Build
One lead carpenter on your job, a clean and protected site, and a weekly update so you always know what happens next.
Punch and warranty
We walk it with you, fix the list, and stand behind the work in writing with manufacturer coverage passed through to you.
